Dear Friends:
This years Summer Fest is coming up in just a few weeks! AND . . . We are excited to
add the first annual Miss Littleton Area Scholarship Pageant to this years roster of events.
It will be held on Saturday, June 5th at 7 PM in the Littleton High School Auditorium.
The winner will go on to compete for Miss NH in 2011!!
We have found challenges in raising money for this year . . . we have about $5000
toward our $10,000 goal. I am confident that we will attain the amount we are hoping
for by June. The Littleton Civic Booster Club has held numerous fund raisers such as
Bake Sales, Dances, Raffles, Day Trips to Foxwoods Casino and the Mohegan Sun
Casino plus our Trim-A-Tree Contest last December. Contributions are still being
accepted and checks should be made out to L.A.C.C.
To date, we already have over a dozen entries for the Summer Fest Parade on Sunday,
June 13th and our Arts, Crafts & Home Fair is filling up . . this year for two days
(Saturday & Sunday). "A Taste of the North Country" will be as exciting as ever and we
are once again on the same weekend as the Pollyanna Days Celebration.
